Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

1. What this covers
These guidelines apply to anything you contribute to MyLocalLoo — chiefly reviews and ratings, and any venue details you submit. They exist to keep the community helpful, honest and safe. By contributing, you agree to follow them and to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Please do
- •Write honest reviews based on your own genuine experience.
- •Keep it relevant to the facility (cleanliness, accessibility, opening hours, etc.).
- •Be respectful — other people read these.
3. Please don't post
- •Anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory.
- •Profanity, obscene or sexually explicit content.
- •Other people's personal information, or content that identifies or targets an individual.
- •Spam, advertising, links, or content that isn't a genuine review.
- •False, misleading, fake or defamatory reviews, or impersonation of others.
- •Content you don't have the right to share.
4. Moderation & reporting
To keep things clean we limit reviews to one per location per device, automatically screen review text for prohibited content, and let users report a review. We may hide or remove content, and restrict or remove access, where we reasonably believe these guidelines have been breached — automatically or after a report. Repeated or serious breaches may result in your contributions being blocked. You can report a review using the report option in the app, or email support@mylocalloo.com.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within MyLocalLoo so it can be shown to other users. You confirm your contribution is your own and doesn't breach anyone else's rights. You can delete your reviews at any time in the app (which removes them from our servers).
